About

Soccerooligans is the name given to the Australian style football hooligan. The Soccerooligan element has been brewing in Australia for 32 years. Now they're unleashing in a pub, car park, corroboree or BBQ near you.

Most Soccerooligans have had to be content having scraps with other crews at events like The Manly Food and Wine Festival, The Southern 80 boat race, Port Fairy Folk Festival and Family BBQ’s. Now we are on the world stage in such high profile events as 'International Football Friendlies and the phenomenally successful 'ASIAN CUP' we can take our brand of brutality to the rest of world, or at least the countries that qualify for tournaments [which doesn’t include you New Zealand].

Soccerooligan activity has been increasing in the recent times. The first sign that we were in for something good was when a small band of fans traveled to the Solomon Islands for our dramatic cut-throat ‘qualify for the chance to qualify in the play-off game against Uruguay to qualify for a last spot in the 32’ game. The group of Soccerooligans were boisterous and matching the 30,000 strong crowd. It wasn’t until they did their rendition of ‘If it wasn’t for my Grandpa Joe fighting in WW2 you’d be sushi’ that things really kicked off. The tension in the stands was matched by that on the pitch with the Aussies narrowly holding on to win a gripping match 27-0.
